PORTHCURNO RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION
Welcome
Welcome to the Porthcurno Residents' Association (PKRA).
We are all people who live or own a home in Porthcurno in far west Cornwall, near Lands End. Whether we live here permanently or just for some of the year, we share one thing in common - a love for this beautiful and unique part of the UK.
It costs nothing to join but in doing so you join over 100 other people who want to help build a stronger community.
Our aims
Our aims are simple: to watch, protect and further the general interest of residents, and in doing so look after the special place where we live.

We rely on voluntary donations to keep us going and suggest an annual donation of £5 per individual member, but anything you can give helps.
Where we live
We live in a unique area, of unspoilt coastline, rugged countryside, historic sites, and with a rich artistic and industrial heritage.
Residents' meetings
Our next meeting will be on 18 September 2024 at 7.30pm at the Clore Learning Centre, PK Porthcurno. All welcome, members and non-members.
Did you know..

...we have a PKRA Facebook group? It's not a public group but for PKRA members only. Members can join the group here or just click on the link on the footer below.
The more people that join the more useful a tool it will be for keeping us all connected.
Highways and byways

Our campaign for a 20mph speed limit in Porthcurno has been successful!
The signage is now in place. Congratulations to all those invloved in this major achievement. With the new double yellow lines, this is another step forward in making our roads safer for all. For more information see the News and Events page here.
