Parish Council
The St Levan Parish Coucil meet monthly, usually on the second Monday of every month at 7pm at the St Levan Sports Pavillion. A member of the PKRA committee usually attends but any resident or member of the public is also welcome, and committee members always appreciate the company! Minutes and agendas can be found on their website.
Cornwall Council
Cornwall Council refuse and recycling serives are operated by Cory Environmental. Collection days are here.
You can search for planning applications online and residents are also encouraged to sign up for planning application alerts, by regsitering and saving searches for a particular area. See here.
For more information on local Council services, see the Council website local information page here. Our district councillor is Brian Clemens.

Weather
How strong was that wind today? How many frosts have we had this month? When was the hottest day last year? Lands End weather station provides all these answers and more with up to the minute data.
Defibrillator
There is a defibrillator on the outside of the St Levan Sports Pavillion (the purchase of which PKRA donated to), and there is one on the Lifeguard Hut on Porthcurno Beach (when in operation). The Minack Theatre also has one on the outside of their offices in the grass car park.
Crime
We are fortunate to have low levels of crime in West Penwith but you can find out what crimes have been reported in the area on the national police website, and also subscribe to alerts and updates. For more links to local information websites, see here.
